I want to send my parcel, what do I need to do?

How do I get a quote?

Once you fill in the online form, we will get back to you with a quote

Can Coolamon pick-up from me?

Yes Coolamon can pick-up if you are in Melbourne and will assist you to find a courier if you are interstate

My consignment does not fit in any of the choices

You can contact us for more packing options through our contact form

What can I send?

You can send almost anything except dangerous and prohibited goods

How long does it take to ship goods to Zimbabwe?

Shipping can take anything up to 60 days

Are my goods insured?

You can select the option to insure your goods

 

How much is duty?

Duty is calculated based on the item

What value do I place on the goods?

Please declare the true value of the goods. The value of any goods sent must be able to be proven in the shape of a purchase receipt where possible.

Can I track my shipment once it's gone?

Yes you can track your shipment under the tracking bar, by entering your tracking number

Where do we collect in Zimbabwe?

We have a warehouse, you can book a pick-up time on our website once the container arrives

What do I need for collection?

Any photo ID with the full name and senders details

Does my parcel need to be boxed?

We offer boxes and drums, however if nothing suits your package we are happy to explore other packing options

I'm not sure of the exact size or weight of my package

We do need the exact measurements to provide you with an accurate quote, if you are unsure, please contact us

What payment method do you accept?

We currently accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard and Paypal

Can I request a quote over the phone?

Yes you can request a call back 

What are your opening hours?

Monday - Friday 9 am - 5pm and Saturday-Sunday 9 am - 1 pm
